The 2024 Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival Trap Shooting and Quail Flush will be held on Saturday, January 13th next to the fairgrounds. Trap Shooting will be from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with the Shoot-Off following the parade. Quail Flush will be from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The 2024 Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival Dog Trial is fast approaching! Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the home of Mitch Thomas (5317 Highway 397, Bell City LA 70-630). Entry will start at 9:00 a.m. Fee is $40.00 per dog entered. Trials begin at 10:00 a.m. 2 Stakes  CONTACT: Kerry Clark Picou 337-794-8064. Thank you and hope to see you there!

The 5k/1 Mile run will be Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. The route will be in Cameron, LA. The link will be posted soon.  5K/1 MILE Registration

Registration ends January 12 at 11:59 p.m.

Race day registration at 7:00 a.m. but will not include T-Shirt or Gift Bag.

The Gumbo Cook-Off will be Saturday, January 13 on the Cameron fairground. Contestants arrive and set up at 6:00 a.m. Cooking begins at 6:30 a.m. Samples ready to be submitted to judges at 10:30 a.m. and public invited to come to the tasting. DUCK AND GOOSE CALLING

The 2024 Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival Duck and Goose Calling Contest will be held Saturday, January 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cameron Port Office (Enter through festival gate then head to Cameron Port Office). Entry will start at 3:00 p.m. Fee is $25.00 per division. Age Divisions: Junior - Intermediate - Senior. Calling Divisions: Duck - Snow Goose - Speckle Belly - Best All Around Caller. Thank you and hope to see you there!
