The 2024 Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival Dog Trial is fast approaching! Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the home of Mitch Thomas (5317 Highway 397, Bell City LA 70-630). Entry will start at 9:00 a.m. Fee is $40.00 per dog entered. Trials begin at 10:00 a.m. 2 Stakes CONTACT: Kerry Clark Picou 337-794-8064. Thank you and hope to see you there!
The 5k/1 Mile run will be Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. The route will be in Cameron, LA. The link will be posted soon. 5K/1 MILE Registration

The Gumbo Cook-Off will be Saturday, January 13 on the Cameron fairground. Contestants arrive and set up at 6:00 a.m. Cooking begins at 6:30 a.m. Samples ready to be submitted to judges at 10:30 a.m. and public invited to come to the tasting. The 2024 Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival Duck and Goose Calling Contest will be held Saturday, January 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cameron Port Office (Enter through festival gate then head to Cameron Port Office). Entry will start at 3:00 p.m. Fee is $25.00 per division. Age Divisions: Junior - Intermediate - Senior. Calling Divisions: Duck - Snow Goose - Speckle Belly - Best All Around Caller.
